Looking for a quick, mid-day vinyasa practice to re-awaken your energy, focus and power? Join us for this 5-day series of 30-minute, mid-day athletic yoga practices. These flows will full-body, full-heart and include some BootCamp-like movements to spice it all up a bit! Participants can watch, or re-watch each class for 48 hours after the live session is complete. Are you in? *Water encouraged :-)
