This series is a 5-day, mid-afternoon reset. We will sit, sing and move for 10 minutes each (30 minutes total).
If you work at a desk from home and get an hour or so off for lunch, this is the perfect mini break to settle the mind (meditation), open the heart (chanting), and stretch and enliven the body (yoga). This will be a gentle practice accessible to everyone -- no yoga pants required!
It's a quick tune-up each day so you can return to your work and life feeling refreshed, calm, and ready to begin again!
