The Investigation: 5 Days of Yoga Practice

Join us for this 5-day series that includes:

1) Strong Athletic Practice

2) Breathwork

3) Mantra/Chanting

4) Blindfolded Slow Practice

5) Meditation

Unlike our previous week-long online courses, where we practice a few minutes of each of these categories during each session, this course will dedicate one 30-minute session to EACH of these practices. 30 minutes of breath-work one day, 30 minutes of chanting another, etc - though not necessarily in this order. My intention is to share *enough* of each of these individual practices so that we get a true understanding of how they can benefit our lives and support our practices but to also keep them short enough that this can be an easy, pause mid-day and not need to skip out of work.
