Sail & Flow
Northern Dodecanese, Greece
October 10-17th, 2026
Escape. Breathe. Discover.
Set sail into eight unforgettable days of yoga, hiking, and open-sea adventure through Greece’s Northern Dodecanese!
Practice as the sun lifts over the horizon, dive into turquoise bays, hike to ancient monasteries and windmills, and wander through timeless fishing villages.
From Kalymnos to Kos, each island reveals its own magic—sacred Patmos, charming Lipsi, dramatic Leros—woven together by the rhythm of the Aegean. By night, share meals under the stars and fall asleep to the sound of the sea. This isn’t just a retreat—it’s a voyage into beauty, history, and stillness, with memories that will stay long after the sails come down.
Daily Rhythm
Our days will be intentional and easy. Mornings begin with tea and a full yoga practice as day breaks. Brunch is shared on deck before we set sail and venture toward the next island. Afternoons flow between exploration and rest: guided hikes, swimming in clear bays, snorkeling, wandering villages, or simply watching sunlight play on the water.
As the day cools, we gather again for evening yoga—sometimes on deck, sometimes by the sea, sometimes in a chapel at sunset. Evenings bring delicious meals prepared by our onboard chef or in local tavernas, shared laughter, and the option to sleep in your cabin or under a sky strewn with stars.
NORTH DODECANESE ISLANDS
Windmills and Crusader castles. Quiet fishing villages and hidden bays. The Northern Dodecanese is a place of contrasts—each island carrying its own flavor and story.
Kalymnos is alive with the legacy of sponge divers. Patmos holds its sacred history and winding pilgrimage trails. Lipsi still moves at the pace of local fishermen. Leros greets you with windmills, gentle bays, and the watchful castles of the Knights Hospitaller. And Kos ties it all together with its rich culture, history, and a lively spirit that leaves nothing out.
These islands are steeped in myth and memory, where sun and sea shape each day into something unforgettable.

Totally! You can always modify your practice, slow down, take rest or just stop if anything feels wrong. The practices should be suitable for most levels of practitioner. That said, Peter’s classes are often strong, sweaty and sometimes fast! We do suggest taking plenty of yoga classes (ideally with Peter!) before attending a retreat. We will have assistants there to support you in your practice. Regarding sailing - we’ve got you covered. Our sailing partners are skilled sailors so you can just lounge and enjoy!

We start with yoga and breakfast before sailing to sacred Patmos. In Skala harbor, the Monastery of St. John rises above the town—a place of history and pilgrimage. It also gives peace of mind knowing you’re covered medically—whether that’s a stubbed toe on a monastery step or a sea urchin reminding you where not to put your foot!
